Egyptian and foreign activists organized a protest  in front of the French Embassy in Cairo demonstrating their disappointment with the Egyptian government for banning the third aid convoy to Palestine . The convoy has been stranded in Aqaba Jordan, waiting for permission to pass into Egyptian territories for more than a week.

Traffic and pedestrians were deterred from crossing and joining the angry demonstrators and reporters and photographers were also banned from documenting the rally. Protestors carried banners and chanted slogans pleading to the Egyptian government and authorities to allow the convoy to pass questioning their allegiance to Arabs and their duty to humanity.
