Rage in Ismailia as number of detainees rises to 97
Anger escalated in the Egyptian governorate of Ismailia as the number of MB detainees increased.

State security has arrested approximately 97 members of the group and a few non MB supporters after peaceful demonstrations were arranged in support of the Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem after the Friday prayers.

 

The detainees have been denied access to personal belongings and were even left without food as families  attempted to hand food to them.

 

Three demonstrators who were also detained were injured as forces assaulted the crowd in an attempt to disperse the group. Families were arrested in numbers. Fifteen year old Abdullah Sayed Ahmed Alfeqy was also arrested however he was released after his father was summoned and interrogated.
