The renowned TV presenter Opera Winfrey has accepted an invitation from the Ministry of Tourism to visit Cairo in a campaign to promote tourism in Egypt following the People’s Revolution Revolution which began January 25.

The renowned TV presenter Opera Winfrey has accepted an invitation from the Ministry of Tourism to visit Cairo in a campaign to promote tourism in Egypt following the People’s Revolution Revolution which began January 25.
 
It is expected that Winfrey will be presenting her show live from Tahrir Square in any of the upcoming Fridays during the month of March.
 
Munir Fakhry, Minister of Tourism, stated that Winfrey, instantly accepted with no hesitation the invitation and warmed to the idea, pointing out that she hoped to discuss the Egyptian Revolution on her show and to engage in discussion with the youths who were behind the success of the revolution.

She stressed that people worldwide were looking at it as a model that should be followed adding that it was why she accepted the invitation.
